Sessions are in the sea so are dependant on tide times, weather and other open water variables. IF you can provide information about your prefered dates and location we will get back to you, and payments will be processed either through WILD or we can send a Payment Link (SumUP)

For people new to open water/ cold water or for people who would like to know more about the environment we swim/ dip in and how this affects our body and reducing the risks

Moving forward to or getting comfortable with a “heads down” stroke. Either moving to head down breaststroke or moving to front crawl giving you more tools in the box for your open water swims

What – Building confidence in the sea and open water and different conditions. Learn about floating, sculling, treading water, raising help and communication. ALSO learn about waves, water on our faces, wetsuits and a little stroke technique
Who – sessions can follow on from Welcome to the Water, or anyone wanting to build their confidence and knowledge. A flexible session with the content shaped around the client, the sea and weather conditions
Below are ideas on the type of sessions you can choose from, blend several together, arrange as 1:1 or with friends

Salty Sea Face – Group of 3 sessions

Swim like a Penguin - Group of 3 sessions
What – Focusing on improving in your area of choice ! Such as training for an event, moving from pool to open water, more efficient stroke, faster &/or further… the world is your “penguin” !!
Who – absolutely anyone wanting to swim like a Penguin!!
Flapper “Coach n’ Dook” - can be a weekly, monthly etc. group of sessions
What – a weekly huddle at a range of locations for some coaching, tips followed by a swim/ dook
Who – anyone wanting huddle, chat and dook
“WADDLING wellness” - Group of 3 sessions
What – Cold water is known to support wellness be that aches, pains, menopause, anxiety through to mental health. Sessions focus on the cold-water experience and immersion, learning and self-awareness. First session is longer with some theory and a dook, Second and third session are water entry
Who – anyone looking for support on wellness and the cold-water experience. TARDES will also post these sessions
