Adelie Penguins Swim Coach

I am Paula and Adelie Penguins is my self employed open water swimming coaching business where I aim to provide a client led service to enable people to enjoy the water as much as I do.  I hold STA level 2 in open water swim coaching and open water safety

I started swimming and trained for competitions from aged 6 through to when I went to University, where I lost the hunger for the water ! Was this studying for my Chem Eng degree or the lure of curries in Bradford?! After many years working as Head/ Manager/ Director of Health, Safety and Environment in high hazard process and oil industries I needed to get myself back to exercising and open water swimming was what I turned to. I am now lucky enough to convert this hobby into my business and hopefully help others whilst contributing some funds into the Port Errol (Cruden Bay) harbour. I look forward to meeting you x
